What kind of photos can be animated?

Any old or new portrait photo, with one or more figures, where the face(s) are clearly visible and at least partially facing forward.
Recommended: high quality, sharp face, taken from the front or slight 3/4 view
Not recommended: blurry, shadowy, very distant.

What can’t I upload?

Copyrighted, prohibited or infringing content.

How long does it take to create the video?

On average 2-3 business days, but this may vary depending on the quality of the finished product and the number of orders.
Premium packages may take longer to process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

How does payment work?

You can pay by credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer.
Payment is made through a secure, encrypted platform and no data is stored.

What format will I receive the video in?

The finished product will be delivered in .mp4 or .mov format via a download link.

Can I use the video on social media?

Yes! The video is completely free to use, share, download, embed – it will be your own property.

What happens if I’m not satisfied?

If the video from the photo is defective (e.g. won’t play, there’s a technical error), you can request a fix or a refund.
Video production starts 24 hours after payment. Until this time, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us via email, and we will refund the amount paid.
After 24 hours have elapsed, a refund is only available in case of defective performance.

How long do you store uploaded photos?

We store uploaded photos for a maximum of 30 days, solely for the purpose of creating the video.
After that, they are deleted from all our systems.
We will of course delete them immediately upon request, at any time.

Does data processing comply with the law

Yes. All our data processing complies with GDPR (Regulation 2016/679/EU) and domestic NAIH guidelines.
Customer consent is required to process photos.
We do not use photos for marketing or sharing unless specifically authorized.

Can I see examples of good and bad quality photos?

Yes! The examples below will help you decide whether to upload a particular photo:
Good example:
Sharp portrait
Face visible from front or slightly from the side
Normal lighting conditions
Not recommended:
Blurry or very low resolution
Heavily shadowed or overexposed

Can I make a video of deceased loved ones?

Yes, this is the most common request. Our animations respectfully and dignifiedly present facial features and movements, and do not contain any distortion or parody.
All materials are produced in an ethical and tasteful framework.

Is there an option for corrections or modifications?

Yes, after each order is completed – within 24 hours – there is one opportunity for a minor correction/modification. This must be reported by email, with a description of the specific change/correction.
